I began taking Myo & D-Chiro Inositol at the suggestion of my fertility doctor as we navigate the world of infertility. With having PCOS sometimes it seems the odds are stacked against me. This supplement helps me with food noise (which has helped in my weight loss journey), it has helped with my blood sugar (which helps with my energy levels), and so much more! My biggest suggestion to anybody taking any supplements for PCOS is that you give them time to work. Its sometimes discouraging to not see instant result but they have a lot of work to do regulating your hormones before you notice the difference :)
