When you register your kit, we’ll ask which day of your cycle you collected the sample so we can tailor your results.You can repeat the test during the next menstrual cycle or after several cycles to monitor any treatments you are undergoing or your overall health.

After your sample arrives at the lab, your results will be available on your Mira Personal Account within 4-8 business days
This test is available in all US states except New York.
If you’re currently on hormonal birth control, your AMH, testosterone, and prolactin results can be skewed. But if you have an IUD, it won’t affect them.

Yes. Your kit includes an ice pack. Remove it from the package and freeze it at least one day before your sample collection.
The EasyDraw device collects blood from the upper arm without using a finger prick. It does not require puncturing the fingertip, is generally less painful, and allows for a larger blood sample. A finger prick uses a lancet to puncture the fingertip and collect a small amount of blood.
The EasyDraw device is placed on the upper arm and activated. It uses gentle suction to collect blood automatically into the device, without the need to squeeze or manually handle the sample.
Both tests use the same lab panel and measure the same biomarkers.The difference is in how your results are interpreted:
• Fertility Version – You receive 4 reports focused on ovarian reserve, ovulation patterns, and reproductive health.
• Perimenopause Version – You receive 3 reports tailored to understanding hormone changes during the menopause transition.

I took the test and returned it March 23. The lab received it on March 24 via fedex tracking. The test was super easy to take and not painful at all.
I received and email March 25 saying my report was uploaded (faster than I thought) however when I clicked on the report i got a blank page that wouldn't load. I emailed them that evening and got a response on March 29 I was told at that time that they were waiting on my AMH results. Okay I get it that is a more specialized test. So I wait some more. I emailed them again April 1 and I was still not able to access the report even though it said it was available. I got a response on April 4 and they released all of the available results which was everything except AMH.
I emailed them again in April 8 to get my AMH results and it is now April 10 well over the 7-10 days for results and I still don't have my AMH results or a response to the April 8 email.
TLDR Easy to use to take the test, support has been hard to get and slow responses and still don't have results way beyond the advertised time line.

Super easy with step by step visual and written directions. The return shipping seemed to take longer than I expected, but I was assured that my test was still valid. Once received, the results were back within 24 hours. The report was easy to understand, included possible next steps, and was easily downloaded for my doctor.

I’m 44 trying to conceive, I thought that this test would be able to tell me how many eggs I had left, but it doesn’t have that capability (apparently no test does) it told me that I had a low ovarian reserve which was typical for someone of my age. It took me like two weeks to get the kit. I did the test right away. It was easy enough to do. Instructions were pretty straightforward. Then I mailed the kit back in and it took me like three weeks to get the results during which time I’ve been tracking my hormones on the Mira app and basically I could find out the answer to the test of having a low ovarian reserve based off of my FSH levels so for me, I feel like it was kind of a waste of my money. It didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know I think if you’re younger and having some issues with conception and you want to check those numbers, it’s perfect but if you’re older, and you pretty much already know where you stand as far as ovarian reserve, I think you could save your money.

Mira does not pretend to replace clinical advice for a good reason. The tracker is handy and quick and the charts are a fantastic way of trending hormones but we need to remember that 1: these are urine measurements not blood so not standard and prone for a lot of confounding 2: the automated analysis is exactly. . . automated it's valuable for basic info; rough estimate of fertile window and confirming ovulation. Our hormones fluctuate greatly and it will be unwise to rely 100% on Mira without clinical follow up. I love the products and their customer service is slow to respond but very helpful. No complaints.
