I have been using the Mira Ultra4 Wands to track my daily hormone fluctuations to help explain some of my weird symptoms. I have been tracking since October of 2025 and between my own research, AI and these wands, I have REALLY opened up some meaningful explanations for what my body (and I) have been going through. I might end up doing a TikTok video to help others but I have not decided yet. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for about 4–5 months before using Mira. After just one month of using the ovulation wands consistently, I had a much clearer understanding of my cycle and ovulation timing.
It turns out we had been missing my fertility window by 3–4 days when using over-the-counter ovulation strips. With Mira, we were able to conceive within one month. It sounds unbelievable, but I would genuinely recommend it to anyone who is trying.
I’d also recommend starting with the wands a few months in advance if you can, so you can track your cycle trends over time. I have a fairly regular cycle and was still off on my timing, so the extra data made a huge difference.
The wands were easy to use, and the sterile cup was especially helpful for travel. The product itself is clean, sleek, and well-designed. The hormone data was also amazing — I was even able to infer that we had successfully conceived before taking a pregnancy test based on how my hormones were tracking.
