I am early in the tracking process but mira has proven excellent for gathering info about my hormones. I will say that you need to do your homework if you do not have a conventional body (I am very tall and on the heavier side too). Mira may misread your patterns due to your healthy hormone levels being a little different than average if you are not average. Otherwise, excellent product (especially at sale price).

After almost a year with Inito and no success, my Inito broke. In desperation, I used my FSA to buy a Mira. Unlike my Inito, it gave predictions and more interpretation/tips than I was used to.
