Overall I've had a good experience, I switched mid cycle between Ultra 4 and Max wands and the results I couldn't be sure it were comparable day by day, I wish the app had an AI were I can ask directly questions (instead of going to a 3rd party AI to ask) since ofcourse I have plenty of doubts about my results, about how to change wands, or a specific situation, out of nowhere the app changed my ovulation day to CD 17 (when the LH peak was in CD12 and the ovulation clearly was in CD12-13) so I don't know why the app changed it, how to change it back or if there's a specific reason. I feel like an AI to talk to and to adjust things would be amazing. Also would love to use any type of wand during the same cycle (in specific days of my cycle the FSH is relevant for me, but other days its not, so i can use max wands instead) but not sure if i can mix this since the results were very different.

I am using this device to figure out what my cycles are doing since I suspect I am in peri but don’t have a uterus anymore. In some ways it has been informative. My worst peri symptoms do seem to coincide with my estrogen levels dropping below a certain amount. But the app is confusing with reports and graphs that are poorly designed and explained, and keeps telling me I am about to ovulate or have ovulated more times within a cycle than I think is humanly possible. I feel like it is that way on purpose to force you to book an appt with one of their experts. Anyway, I will probably be using it much less once the initial recommended testing cycle is complete.

I am REALLY happy that finally we have a way to document our four key hormones as they fluctuate in perimenopause. This is pretty effective and user-friendly.

You turn the device on, and pair to your smartphone then it connects to the app you will have downloaded. Very easy.

Area for improvement in my opinion:

- adding your HRT or other medications is not very simple or intuitive. If it could pull the data from iPhone HEALTH app that would be ideal, or mimic the set-up where you enter your medications once, and then each day just indicate if you’ve taken it or skipped it. Like the HEALTH app in apple, it could potentially be something that can be scheduled (daily, every four days, etc) and then just each day you tick-off if taken or skipped etc. With hormones fluctuating during HRT, it would be really critical to tie that to days that a dose was skipped or if a hormone plummeted despite taking the prescribed dosage.

- Symptom logging isn’t quick and easy to access. For perimenopause, there are over 150 documented medically so far. It would be ideal to have these available or so that we can add them daily as part of the check-in after the 15 minutes the device takes to process the hormones and then shares the result.

- exporting the chart as an image or other file would be really helpful as well, or into a .csv that can easily be converted then to a chart in Excel or other such document.

Love the Mira! I honestly thought that I was starting to go through perimenopause. After using the mirror for a month, I realized that I am still ovulating, but my hormones are a little off. I'm so tired of going to the doctor's office and them just thinking I'm a whiny woman. This way if my symptoms get worse I can show all of this information from the Mira to my doctor and they can't just roll their eyes at me. Definitely gives me peace of mind. Thank you so much!!!
