The products are good, but it definitely increased my anxiety (and I subsequently decided to take a break from
TTC for my mental health). It became obsessive for me and I think some people would cope better but it’s worth baring in mind that it adds some pressure. Might be best for those with very irregular cycles who need guidance on their fertile days rather than have the pressure to have *** multiple times a week across a very long cycle.
It did help me to under I ovulate later than I thought though, which is useful for the future.

I have been using the Mira Ultra4 Wands to track my daily hormone fluctuations to help explain some of my weird symptoms. I have been tracking since October of 2025 and between my own research, AI and these wands, I have REALLY opened up some meaningful explanations for what my body (and I) have been going through. I might end up doing a TikTok video to help others but I have not decided yet. I do know that if you are struggling with Perimenopause and it's many symptoms, I HIGHLY recommend using the Mira system!
