You can begin testing with Mira 1–3 days after your period ends. It's recommended not to start later than the 6th day of your cycle for optimal accuracy. The Mira App will provide personalized reminders tailored to your cycle.
How often do I test?
Your Mira App will show you the recommended testing days. But testing frequency varies depending on your cycle phase:
• Before your fertile window: Test every two days.
• During your fertile window: Test daily.
• On ovulation day: Test twice to capture peak hormone levels.

I've been utilizing the Mira Hormone Monitor Kit w/ Ultra4 wands and so far, I'm really liking it. I love that I can track more accurately 4 hormones that doctors watch as well when trying to conceive, which has been my main goal at my age. It's allowing me to understand my body better and recognize my more fertile days. I haven't been using it long, but I plan to continue use to watch for patterns in my cycle regarding ovulation days, which this, so far, seems to be doing accurately. Overall, its an extra piece of mind that I didn't have before when tracking my cycle only and couldn't recommend it enough!
