Mira Advent Calendar 2025 Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is organized by Mira (“Sponsor”), accessible at shop.miracare.com.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Open to new leads only. Existing Mira customers are not eligible.

  • Employees of Mira, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must sign up for Mira’s Advent Calendar on the Sponsor’s website.

  • No purchase required to enter or win.

  • One entry per person. Multiple entries do not increase chances of winning.

4. Sweepstakes Period
The entry period begins when the Advent Calendar sign-up opens and ends at the posted deadline. Entries submitted outside this window will not be accepted.

5. Prizes
Three winners will each receive one Mira Ultra4 Kit.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • Winners will be notified by the email provided at entry.

  • If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

7. Publicity Consent
By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may announce their first name and state if they win. No other personal information will be shared.

8. Privacy

9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if technical issues or other problems affect its fairness or integrity.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical failures of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release the Sponsor from any claims arising from their entry or prize use.

11. Governing Law
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
