Mira Giveaway Terms & Conditions - “Is it normal?” Campaign

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is organized by Mira (“Sponsor”), accessible at shop.miracare.com.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Open to new leads and existing Mira customers.

  • Employees of Mira, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must complete the “Is it normal?” survey via Typeform by submitting full responses, uploading a photo that meets the stated requirements, and giving explicit consent for their submission to be used in promotional materials. 

  • No purchase required to enter or win.

  • One entry per person. Multiple entries do not increase chances of winning.

4. Sweepstakes Period
The entry period begins on 15 May 2026 and ends on 31 May 2026. Entries submitted outside this window will not be accepted.

5. Prizes
Five winners will each receive one Mira Ultra4 Wands x 20

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • Winners will be notified by the email provided at entry.

  • If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

7. Publicity Consent
By entering, participants acknowledge that their submitted responses and photo may be used by the Sponsor in campaign-related promotional materials, provided they have given the required consent through the survey.

If selected as a winner, participants also agree that the Sponsor may announce their first name and state. No other personal information will be shared.

8. Privacy
Information submitted during entry will be used according to Mira’s Privacy Policy, available at https://shop.miracare.com/pages/mira-general-privacy-policy

9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if technical issues or other problems affect its fairness or integrity.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical failures of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release the Sponsor from any claims arising from their entry or prize use.

11. Governing Law
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
