Promotion Description

The Mira 9th Birthday Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") begins on September 4, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. PT and ends on September 11, 2026 at 11:00 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period").

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Mira, Powered by Quanovate ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at contact@miracare.com during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older and who have an active, public Instagram account (the "Entrant"). Employees of Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the "Promotion Entities"), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win.

"Household Members" means those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" means parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by:

  1. Following Sponsor's official account: @hellomiracare;
  2. Leaving a comment "Maze" on the official Giveaway post published on Mira's Instagram account ( @hellomiracare); and
  3. Tagging one (1) friend with an active Instagram account in that comment.

Each qualifying comment that tags a friend counts as one (1) Entry. Entrants may submit additional Entries by leaving additional, separate comments on the same post, each tagging a different friend, up to a maximum of 1 (one) Entry per Entrant. Self-tags, tags of accounts that do not exist or are inactive, and tags left by bots or automated tools will not count as valid Entries and may be disqualified. Comments must be left directly on the official Giveaway post during the Promotion Period; comments left on other posts, Stories, or Reels will not be counted.

Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries and may result in disqualification. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Prizes

Five (5) Mira Ultra 4 Kits will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $249 each ($1,245 total).

The shipping cost of the prizes will be covered by Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prizes not specified herein as being awarded.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted within approximately 7 days after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message (DM) to the Instagram account from which the winning Entry comment was posted, approximately within 7 days after the random drawing. Potential winners must respond to the DM and accept the prize as directed by Sponsor within 7 days of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive Instagram account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or a winner's failure to adequately monitor their Instagram direct messages.

Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture.

Privacy

Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted on Sponsor's website: Mira Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Mira, Powered by Quanovate, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
