1. Introduction

The Mira Hormone Innovators Awards (“Award”) is designed to recognize and celebrate companies that are making a real impact in women’s health. By entering, all participants (“Participants”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). The Award is organized by Mira (“Organizer”).

 

2. Eligibility

  • The Award is open to all companies and individuals that are actively working to improve women's hormonal health.
  • Companies must be operating in the women’s health sector in a meaningful way.
  • Employees and immediate family members of Mira are not eligible to participate.

 

3. Submission Process

  • To enter, companies must fill out and submit the official nomination form available on Mira’s website.
  • Additional materials (such as case studies, testimonials, or supporting documents) may be required as part of the submission.
  • Deadlines for submissions will be clearly communicated on the website. Late entries won’t be accepted.
  • There are no entry fees—this is a merit-based award, and participation is completely free.

 

4. Judging Criteria

  • Submissions will be evaluated based on innovation, impact, scalability, and alignment with improving women’s health.
  • A panel of experts with backgrounds in healthcare, innovation, and business will review the applications.
  • We are committed to a transparent selection process that is free from conflicts of interest.

 

5. Awards and Recognition

  • Winners will receive public recognition and media coverage.
  • The announcement of winners will take place on a specified date, which will be communicated in advance.
  • This Award does not include cash prizes, so there are no tax implications for winners.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • By entering, participants grant Mira a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their submitted materials (e.g., descriptions of their work, company name/logo) for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Award.
  • Any confidential information submitted will be handled with care and not shared without permission.

 

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Mira follows all relevant data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA, where applicable).
  • Submitted information will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of administering the Award.
  • Mira will not sell or share participant data with third parties unless explicitly stated.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Mira is not responsible for any issues arising from participation in the Award, including any indirect or consequential damages.
  • By entering, participants agree to hold Mira harmless from any claims related to their participation.

 

9. Disqualification

  • Participants may be disqualified if they provide false information or fail to comply with these Terms.
  • If disqualification is necessary, Mira will notify the affected participant with an explanation.

 

10. Amendments & Termination

  • Mira reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. If changes occur, participants will be notified via the website or email.
  • Mira also reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Award if unforeseen circumstances arise.

 

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
  • If a dispute arises, we’ll aim to resolve it amicably. If needed, mediation or arbitration may be used instead of legal action.

 

12. Product Safety and Compliance

  • Safety and Compliance Assurance: By submitting a nomination, participants warrant that all products, services, or innovations submitted for consideration are safe, compliant with applicable regulations, and do not pose any risks to public health or safety.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Participants must ensure that their products or services comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations regarding safety, efficacy, and quality. This includes, but is not limited to, the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations for health-related products.
  • Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and safety of all information provided in their submissions. Mira is not liable for any issues that arise due to the safety or legal compliance of the products submitted.
  • Right to Request Documentation: Mira reserves the right to request relevant documentation, such as safety reports or regulatory certifications, to verify compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
