I’ve been using Mira to track my hormones for two cycles. I asked my primary physician for a hormone panel over a year ago because I’ve been suffering from migraines and fatigue for a few years, but she didn’t think it would be helpful. It seems to be more targeted at those who want to use as fertility monitor rather than peri/menopause monitor. Despite changing to perimenopause mode it still seems to give me mostly fertility advice which I am not interested in. Also I’m not so sure about its AI analysis sometimes even though my hormones show increase the app says it sees a decrease (b/c that’s what it should be in a normal cycle?). Doesn’t seem to give as individual analysis as I thought.

We were trying to concieve with no luck as my cycles are irregular and typically a bit longer than the average cycle. Normal ovulation tests weren't helping. So I got Mira to help me really know when ovulation was taking place and to help me understand my cycle and what my hormones were doing. I got pregnant within the first month of using Mira! It helped pin point my ovulation window accurately and now im 8 weeks along. - very grateful! Definitely worth the money.
