Mira uses advanced, clinically validated quantitative technology to deliver precise hormone readings, unlike less accurate qualitative methods. It detects even minor hormonal changes and measures a broader range of hormone levels¹, accommodating significant variation between women and across the menstrual cycle.

You’ll get personalized recommendations from the Mira App, but typically 10-20 wands are recommended per cycle. The Mira Ultra4 Wands included in the Get Pregnant Bundle should cover one full cycle, and then you can easily restock as needed.
For the most accurate early result, use your first-morning urine, which contains the highest concentration of hCG. Mira Early Detection Pregnancy Test’s ultra-sensitive 10 mIU/mL threshold detects very low hCG levels up to 6 days before a missed period. Accuracy increases the closer you are to your missed period. For the most reliable results, test on or after the day your period is due.
Over 99% accurate from the day your period is due. Accuracy drops if you test earlier: 78% at 5 days before and 38% at 6 days before. For best results, test on or after the day your period is due.
Read your result within 5–10 minutes:
- One line on the right = not pregnant
- Two lines = pregnant (a faint colored left line still counts)
- No lines, or only a red line on the left = invalid; retest with a new device
Do not read the result after 10 minutes, as lines that appear later may be evaporation lines, not a true positive. A true positive left line has a clear red or pink color, even if faint. If you’re unsure, wait 2 days and test again—hCG levels generally double every 48 hours in early pregnancy.
The Mira Pregnancy Test is a standalone product and doesn’t require the Mira App. It’s the natural next step after tracking your hormones and ovulation with the Mira Monitor. You can still manually log your results in the app, and we recommend it to keep your tracking precise and accurate.

I’ve been using Mira to track my hormones for two cycles. I asked my primary physician for a hormone panel over a year ago because I’ve been suffering from migraines and fatigue for a few years, but she didn’t think it would be helpful. Mira has provided so much information that I’ll be able to share with my new physician, but more importantly, it’s giving me hope. If you’re on the fence, I hope this gives you a nudge.

It seems to be more targeted at those who want to use as fertility monitor rather than peri/menopause monitor. Despite changing to perimenopause mode it still seems to give me mostly fertility advice which I am not interested in. Also I’m not so sure about its AI analysis sometimes even though my hormones show increase the app says it sees a decrease (b/c that’s what it should be in a normal cycle?). Doesn’t seem to give as individual analysis as I thought.

We were trying to concieve with no luck as my cycles are irregular and typically a bit longer than the average cycle. Normal ovulation tests weren't helping. So I got Mira to help me really know when ovulation was taking place and to help me understand my cycle and what my hormones were doing. I got pregnant within the first month of using Mira! It helped pin point my ovulation window accurately and now im 8 weeks along. - very grateful! Definitely worth the money.
