This makes Mira much more reliable and sensitive, able to detect even the smallest hormonal changes. It also measures a wide range of hormone levels, accommodating the significant variations in different women and throughout the menstrual cycle.

For the most accurate early result, use your first-morning urine, which contains the highest concentration of hCG. Mira Early Detection Pregnancy Test’s ultra-sensitive 10 mIU/mL threshold detects very low hCG levels up to 6 days before a missed period. Accuracy increases the closer you are to your missed period. For the most reliable results, test on or after the day your period is due.

Over 99% accurate from the day your period is due. Accuracy drops if you test earlier: 78% at 5 days before and 38% at 6 days before. For best results, test on or after the day your period is due.

Read your result within 5–10 minutes:

• One line on the right = not pregnant  
• Two lines = pregnant (a faint colored left line still counts)
• No lines, or only a red line on the left = invalid; retest with a new device

Do not read the result after 10 minutes, as lines that appear later may be evaporation lines, not a true positive. A true positive left line has a clear red or pink color, even if faint. If you’re unsure, wait 2 days and test again—hCG levels generally double every 48 hours in early pregnancy.
