The Good: Instructions are easy to follow. The app is easy to use. I can see why some would use it to track fertility to have a baby. It can easily tell you when you are most likely to conceive. I chose to use it to see if I am in the early stages of Perimenopause yet. I still have to go through two complete cycles to determine if it effective in that regard. I decided to use Mira after multiple doctors declined blood testing, but I have been having hormonal side effects. The downside is that it is very expensive. Also there doesn’t seem to be anyway for the data to reflect things like ablation.
