I’m still in the process of tracking my first month cycle. There have been some issues with the app as far as it not showing me my current numbers compared to the average numbers of mirror users. I also haven’t received any specific recommendations as far as where I am in my perimenopause cycle. Or whether I need to take hormones. I think it’s probably too early on and using the app, but it would be helpful if the app at the very least showed me my daily numbers compared to the average numbers which this possibly is an app error.

I would give it a 5-star, though sometimes the AI insights and summaries after testing aren’t the most helpful or accurate. This device does the work for you, with reminders when you need them and simple charting layouts, it’s a breeze. I do wish the analysis was more custom, the cycle to cycle analysis, comparison, etc is lacking from what I have experienced so far.
